I took her to Acura of Libertyville to test drive one of their SUV's. I purchased my last Acura from this location, and couldn't have been happier. My wife doesn't have much experience with buying a new car, none actually. She walked in the door, and spoke to the first sales man she found. Her first words to him were, "I want to test drive this MDX". Shane Lyon, with out missing a beat, said "OK, lets go look". My wife had no clue what she was doing. But, Shane was very patient with her and answered all of her questions honestly. Which is HUGE for her. She told him about the Pathfinder and what she liked about it, what she didn't, and what she wants. Shane put her in the car of her dreams! She is so happy! She enjoyed her interaction with Mike Hatch as well. Her father is a hunter/fisher, and she and Mike really hit it off. She also had a great time with the finance guy, Joe. He told her about his dogs and he was very patient with her questions as well. I truly appreciated the whole experience for her, as this was her first "very own car". She is so happy! So, of course, I couldn't just let her have all of the fun! A few days later, I also purchased a new Acura TLX. Shane as my sales man, Mike, my wife's new best friend, who dealt with my trade in, and Joe, our funny dog loving finance guru. I can't begin to express my gratitude for this dynamic trio's professionalism, attention to detail, and patients with my wife and me. I can honestly tell you that without these guys, Acura of Libertyville would be doomed. Thank you guys again for EVERYTHING. We will be back! Again and again... More

Used Car needed We were looking for a good used car, but weren't really sure what kind. we saw a 2011 Volvo XC90 at another dealer, but then saw a 2012 at Acura of Li We were looking for a good used car, but weren't really sure what kind. we saw a 2011 Volvo XC90 at another dealer, but then saw a 2012 at Acura of Libertyville. We stopped in on aSaturday evening about 15 minutes before closing time. We were expecting to just have a cursory look at the car and come back the next Monday. But our Sales Consultant, Stanford Kim, went well beyond the "extra mile" and not only showed us the car but allowed us to test drive it. By then it was well past the closing time of 6:00 PM, but afterward we sat down and discussed pricing. Obviously we would have liked an even lower price, but Stan and the Manager eventually gave us the price we had asked for. We picked up the car on Monday and it was beautiful. There were a couple of blue streaks on the drivers side from brushing against something soft that was painted blue. They were able to get all of those marks out, and we saw no exterior flaws except for a very small pebble chip on the front of the hood. All in all we ended up with a heck of a lot of car for the money, and every one at Acura of Libertyville was very pleasant to work with. We would confidently recommend both the dealer and Stanford Kim to any of our friends looking for a new car. More

We found Acura of Libertyville and began communicating with Shane Lyon who is their Internet Sales Consultant. We made an appointment to meet with him and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. We ended up buying a new MDX from him and he made the experience very easy. Our car has the tech package with navigation so he spent lots of time with us teaching us how to use it. He even recommended that we come back at a later date to go over things in more detail. During the purchase Mike Hatch provided us with a great deal on our trade-in, I was very pleased when he got my trade-in a higher than book price. Joe Essling also helped with the finance portion of the sale providing us with an exceptional interest rate & all of the information we needed to get our purchase completed.
