Used Lexus IS250 Purchase Experience ...was quite painless. Barry Cohen was the sales person that helped me. He ran into some scheduling conflict with another customer while attending to me but made sure I was taken care of the whole time. We ended up closing the deal on the car in record time. I would definitely go back for future purchases if/when necessary. The finance guy (forgot his name) could use some improvements though. He was not that friendly. Granted that we were trying to get the financial details taken care of after the dealership closed on a Saturday evening (which I don't believe was my fault), he could've showed little more effort in not making the customer sitting in front of him feel guilty for that. I wish there was a rating specifically for the salesperson. I would've given him 5 star all the way but since this rating is for the overall dealership experience, I had to rate 1 star less due to the financial part of the transaction. More

I meet Glen Bockwinkle, Luigi Miceli, Standford Kim and Joe Essling. I only went to LOOK but with the knowledge, patience and friendliness of Glen, Luigi and Standford I got to experience something more than a sale. I felt completely at home. They took their time and showed me features I didn’t know existed. Standford is a technical wizard and even after driving off the lot with my new “toy” he is ALWAYS teaching me more the RDX has to offer. Sandford even has classes to help you enjoy every feature your car has. I would like to thank Glen, Luigi and Sandford for a wonderful experience and I LOVE my RDX.
