I kind of wished that I had purchased the others here as well but they have earned a loyal customer from this point on. Car buying can be such a tense & grueling process but these guys are aces from start to finish. Not 1 time during the buying process was I ever "muscled" or given pressure....As someone who takes a while to purchase this is 180 degrees opposite from pretty much all the others. I know what I want, & do not need to be hassled, called repeatedly, or emailed incessantly... I am not someone that writes a lot of reviews but feel these guys should be recognized. During the process, I probably came in contact with a dozen employees who were all friendly. But feel a special shout out to Mike, James, & Glenn...As well as John in finance who is great at what he does. So we are also planning on buying an RDX in the next year & can tell you 100% it will be purchased from Acura of Libertyville. More

I traded in a 2001 Acura MDX that I loved for a 2016 MDX. It was very hard for me to turn in my MDX and Stanford never got irritated with my indecision. I tried every othe car in its class, but kept going back to Acura and Stanford Kim. I am very glad that I did. More

I went into the process well-researched and up front about what I was looking for, and in return everyone was very transparent and fair with me. No games or long, drawn out negotiations. The price I was offered for the vehicle I was purchasing and the trade-in value for my vehicle were both very fair, and best of all, it wasn't a painful process to get to that point -- quick, easy and straightforward. Brand new MDX won't start for the 4th time I have no issue with the staff, my issue is the brand new car itself. For a high end car and the amount I'm paying for the car, I should not have issu I have no issue with the staff, my issue is the brand new car itself. For a high end car and the amount I'm paying for the car, I should not have issues with the batteries if the car is 7 months old. I wish I can switch cars, I'm stuck with this car got 3 years. I toll tally lost my confidence with acura & will not get another one once my lease is up. Very disappointed. More
