My husband and I had visited the dealer on Labor Day not ready to make a purchase but wanted to see if he fit (he is 6"6"); we had been to the Lexus and BMW dealers both were no goes on headroom. We test drove the RDX and were very pleased with the overall comfort and feel of the vehicle. We were not ready to purchase, and were pleasantly surprised with the no pressure sale of Wael. We returned the last day of the month to begin the sale process, not realizing that the last of the month is busy at a car dealer. I did not know exactly what I wanted and Wael listened to the options that I would like and found the best car to fit those needs. After driving it 4 weeks now, I must say it is the best vehicle that I have owned. I have also attended the Navigation Seminar for new car owners which was very informative. The entire staff at Libertyville Acura made the process fast and easy, most of all Wael Khalaf knows customer service! More

The next day they were able to beat the best deal I could find at other dealers, so we closed that night with the final price actually being $20 less than the emailed quote. Great customer service and honest I made an appointment expecting to not only come in for an oil change but to get my front breaks replaced. However after they checked my breaks and ev I made an appointment expecting to not only come in for an oil change but to get my front breaks replaced. However after they checked my breaks and everything else, surprisingly they came back to tell me i still have life on my breaks. I give them kudos for being honest and not replacing my breaks at that time. Jen was great, very knowledgeable and kept me informed on how long it would be for my oil change and inspections. They were done very fast, vacuumed and washed my car, i would say i was out within 40 minutes. More
