Friendly, honest, quick, and flexible I have purchased two vehicle from Acura of Libertyville and each time I need them to be fair as well s flexible to get us into the vehicle we wanted. I had owned a TL previously and it was totaled in an accident and I really wasn't prepared to get a car as I had just come through a bankruptcy and had little in the way of payment other then the check for my totaled car. Mike Berrones and Luigi Miceli (sales), and Joe Essling (finance) were honest and upfront, and got me into the car i wanted at a fair price, and got me financed at a reasonable rate given my circumstances. My most recent purchase was a 2014 RDX and again Mike and Joe took good care of me. More

My husband and I had visited the dealer on Labor Day not ready to make a purchase but wanted to see if he fit (he is 6"6"); we had been to the Lexus and BMW dealers both were no goes on headroom. We test drove the RDX and were very pleased with the overall comfort and feel of the vehicle. We were not ready to purchase, and were pleasantly surprised with the no pressure sale of Wael. We returned the last day of the month to begin the sale process, not realizing that the last of the month is busy at a car dealer. I did not know exactly what I wanted and Wael listened to the options that I would like and found the best car to fit those needs. After driving it 4 weeks now, I must say it is the best vehicle that I have owned. I have also attended the Navigation Seminar for new car owners which was very informative. The entire staff at Libertyville Acura made the process fast and easy, most of all Wael Khalaf knows customer service! More

The next day they were able to beat the best deal I could find at other dealers, so we closed that night with the final price actually being $20 less than the emailed quote. Minimal wait to prepare paperwork, and NO push to buy stuff I didn’t want anyway. Luigi was very knowledgeable and thorough in going over the features of the car.
