Your employee (Justin) is very personable, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed the inspection results, answered all my concerns and recommended necessary service items as well as suggestions for service issues that may need to be addressed in the future. My wife and I both own Acuras. As usual the service experience was excellent. P.S. My car battery tested low . Since it was still under warranty, it was replaced at no charge - without question - no hassle. I appreciate that. More

Simply the BEST! Acura of Libertyville has been working on my vehicles sine 2008- I would have never thought it possible to actually drive into a service department to Acura of Libertyville has been working on my vehicles sine 2008- I would have never thought it possible to actually drive into a service department to drop off my car without the anxiety of thinking- How am i going to get screwed today. I know this sounds unbelievable but, that has NEVER been the case at the Acura of LIbertyville service department. Shelly and her service team are really GREAT and they are always smiling when i go in- I actually look forward to it! AND and and, their pricing is good too! If there is any drawback at all, it's that they put me in such nice loaner cars that it makes me want to trade mine in for another new one! keep up the good work! More
