Shane Lyon = Friendly, Nice Salesman My wife and I were interested in the Acura MDX. We knew the car fairly well, and had our mind made up on certain aspects of the car. Shane was able to My wife and I were interested in the Acura MDX. We knew the car fairly well, and had our mind made up on certain aspects of the car. Shane was able to take the time to show us that our first thoughts were incorrect. He was thorough and took the time to go through the entire suite of tech options available on the MDX. Beware! Horrible service Staff uses tire acid when washing cars and doesn't clean off. Oil left in drip pan. Service dept. doesn't know parts for models. Very happy!! Initially I had no intentions of purchasing a car. My son and I were just trying to waste time while our car was being serviced. We walked the lot f Initially I had no intentions of purchasing a car. My son and I were just trying to waste time while our car was being serviced. We walked the lot for a bit and Shane Lyon came out to introduce himself. I told him from the start that I was only looking because my car was being serviced. He never made me feel pressured just made himself available if I wanted anything. When we did decide to test drive a car he made sure that the car was safe to drive; actually spent 10 minutes assuring the tire pressure was safe. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car. Shane made both my son and I feel at home. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and just a nice sales man (rare!). Once we finally decided to purchase a car, Shane understood that we had time restraints. He worked with us and the finance office to be sure that we were out the door in time. A great team effort. Acura of Libertyville has not let us down yet! Thank you all for everything you have done. More

Great & Easy Experience I bought my second Acura in a row from Luigi who was great during the entire experience. I was coming off a TL lease and didn't know which car to go I bought my second Acura in a row from Luigi who was great during the entire experience. I was coming off a TL lease and didn't know which car to go into, but Luigi answered all my questions and let me drive the cars many times until I was comfortable with my choice of a new MDX.
