First, the waiting room is not only well stocked with beverages/snacks, but has a nice ambiance with extras such as wifi/phone chargers that would be most welcome (if we had to wait). Both James and Glenn were very professional throughout the entire process and clarified every important detail, yet were very efficient and there was close to no lag time. Shane Lyon was our sales person, Shane is very knowledgeable abut any tiny detail that you can ask him about Acura. We test drove the MDX so Shane went through a detailed overview of everything that we needed to know about the safety, performance, technology etc. By the negotiation table he ask us if we need anything to drink, that was very nice of him.
