My husband and I had a wonderful experience visiting McGrath Acura of Libertyville. The sales consultant who helped us, Juan Flores, was a pleasure to work with! Not only was he very kind, but he was ex McGrath Acura of Libertyville. The sales consultant who helped us, Juan Flores, was a pleasure to work with! Not only was he very kind, but he was extremely knowledgeable on all details of the vehicle. The GM, Adam, was wonderful as well! It was truly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I give a 3 star because we live an hour away and emailed to make sure the car we were interested in was there to test drive. When we arrived, we found out the car was at another dealership for service. The to make sure the car we were interested in was there to test drive. When we arrived, we found out the car was at another dealership for service. They made it up to us by having Juan drive the car to us a few days later but it should have been handled better up front. Juan was great to work with and understood what are goals were and met them well. I never buy dealership warranties and they were pressuring me to pay over $700 for tire insurance and I looked up tires for the car and they are only $106 per tire for good tires. I know that's what they do to make money but it's never made sense to me and we needed to get out of there for family commitments. More

Overall a great experience! I brought my vehicle in to this dealership for service about 3 months ago and I haven’t had any issues other than my tires needing to be replaced. They got me a great deal on a set of Yokohama tires and I couldn’t be happier! So much so that I ended up purchasing a vehicle with them and they gave me the cost of the brand new tires on top of my trade in! Thanks McGrath Acura! Jack More

We drove from out of state to get our 2022 MDX and had a wonderful experience with Juan. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you come to this dealership definitely ask for him!
