He gave us good information about the vehicle itself, as well as the warranty and available options for financing. He made sure we had his business card, and also followed up with our family to see what our progress on the car search was as well. What impressed me was that he texted me to inform me when there were other inquiries about the particular vehicle that I was interested in, which solidified my confidence in him. He was very helpful with the financing process, and walked us step by step through all of the features of the vehicle before we left the lot with the car.
