Stanford was the first salesperson to meet us on the lot right away when we had first arrived. He gave us good information about the vehicle itself, as well as the warranty and available options for financing. He made sure we had his business card, and also followed up with our family to see what our progress on the car search was as well. What impressed me was that he texted me to inform me when there were other inquiries about the particular vehicle that I was interested in, which solidified my confidence in him. He was very helpful with the financing process, and walked us step by step through all of the features of the vehicle before we left the lot with the car. An Extremely Satisfied Customer for 20 Years Worked with numerous sales and service employees on a variety of issues over 20 years of coming to this dealership ever since the current owner team a Worked with numerous sales and service employees on a variety of issues over 20 years of coming to this dealership ever since the current owner team acquired the dealership - from Glenn (owner/GM) and his sales and finance/management staff (Jerry, Craig, Eric, Joe, Tom); and Dave (owner/partner body shop); and Shelly (Service Mgr) and her staff (Bruce, Amanda, Nick, Christian, Colin, Juan); to Mike (Used Car Mgr). Over 20 years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and 1 used car, leased 2 new vehicles and sold 4 vehicles to this dealership that were purchased elsewhere; and traded in 2 cars (for the new ones). They have helped me with sales, financing, service issues, out-of warranty issues with Acura (with successful resolution), and accident repair. I've also serviced all my vehicles at this dealership - even the non-Acura/Honda ones - only going to other dealerships for warranty service on the non-Acura vehicles. I would be exaggerating and lying if I said every experience has been pleasant - some car issues are just not pleasant and can be frustrating and expensive!! A large part of any experience also depends on how you behave and react in these situations. What I can state with no hesitation is that every experience has resulted in my eventually being an extremely satisfied customer. I value the relationships built over the years with the people at this dealership, and have referred many of my friends and acquaintances (who have also been very satisfied once they have experienced the dealership). We insisted on the dark cherry color which is extremely difficult to locate in this area. They were upfront with us about the challenges that finding this vehicle would pose. There was no bait and switch, they did not pressure us to get a different color to make it easier on them and they worked tirelessly locating the vehicle searching the chicagoland area and beyond. We also had a trade-in on which they provided a very fair price and I felt they did everything they could to get us the maximal value possible (they did not try to low ball us). We communicated a lot via email and text which was extremely convenient and I always felt informed throughout the whole process. I felt they were very upfront with us and that we were delt with very fairly and professionally throughout the whole process and I would certainly buy another vehicle from them again. More

WOW- A great car buying Experience We arrive at dealership with specific questions about the Acura RDX and Luigi Miceli immediately focused on addressing them rather than going into sta We arrive at dealership with specific questions about the Acura RDX and Luigi Miceli immediately focused on addressing them rather than going into standard sales pitches.Most impressively, he was not completely sure of the answer to a very detailed question and he got validation of the facts from another source in the dealership. We are not looking for a know it all Yes man but someone who will be honest and get the correct response back to us. He arranged a quick and hassle free test drive, so many dealers turn the test drive into a trap to pitch sales and try to turn up the will you buy today pressure. We needed to leave that afternoon and there was no pressure and a sincere offer to contact him via the most convenient means. We agreed that email and the dealer website would be key. Once we narrowed down the model we were looking for we were offered a very competitive price. Despite a busy work week and family guests in town, Luigi Miceli's prompt and no BS email responses allowed me to get comfortable and ready to make a purchase. The buying process at dealership was straight forward and timely. The entire process was less than an hour. Even all the paperwork with the Business Manager was well organized and efficient. There were extra services offered but no pressure to purchase. We are thrilled with our new Acura RDX and the entire experience at Acura of Libertyville. More
