He was straight forward with pricing and finance rates and the process was smooth and quick. He’s a pretty funny guy as well. After talking with James on the phone and confirming a price, my wife and I drove to Libertyville on a Saturday to buy the car. It turns out they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock, so we had to come back the following Thursday to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork and the purchase. It was definitely worth the wait. We went back on Thursday and worked with James to close the sale. He was very helpful, answering all of our questions.
