The first time we were there the company was having an event with tons of food out for the employees and they made sure to offer us food and drinks it made the experience less stressful, it gave it more of a friendly get together vibe. James worked with us the price of my vehicle to where when I walked out I knew that I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. James came in on his day off so that we could get all the papers signed and I could get my car. I ended up totaling that jeep in just under a week due to the awful winter conditions we have had this year but due to the honesty, the quality of my vehicle and the wonderful customer service I came back and got myself ANOTHER jeep!! This place is wonderful I would recommend it and James Won to anyone of my family members or friends! More

Right out of the gate, without even asking me what my local dealership had offered, Nicholas provided me with a no-nonsense lease quote (the best that Libertyville could offer). The quote was significantly better than what I had received from my local dealership. The dollar savings was large enough to easily justify taking the one hour drive from Milwaukee to Libertyville. The monthly rate that was quoted to me by Libertyville (via email) was exactly (to the penny) what appeared on the lease contract at signing. There were no unexpected fees, no unexpected taxes, or surprises of any kind. After providing a down payment, I was sent written verification of the lease quote, a receipt for my payment, a vin number, and a photo of my new car with a sold sticker in the window! The bottom line is…..Acura of Libertyville operates with the utmost integrity! You should have zero concerns about working with them via email or over the phone, if distance or time prevents you from visiting them in-person. His communication style was extremely thorough, open, and honest. He was always patient and polite, despite the fact that I asked lots of questions! Given that Nicholas is a sales manager at Liberty, it’s fair to assume that his sales staff also provides the same level of exceptional customer experience! I was so impressed with the staff, facilities, and the buying experience at Acura of Libertyville that I can honestly say that they’ve earned a permanent customer, along with a high level of respect. I highly recommend this dealership! I even plan to return to Libertyville for my maintenance needs, despite the hour drive from Milwaukee.
