I live in the Milwaukee area and I contacted Acura of Libertyville to determine if a lease quote, provided by my local Acura dealer, was competitive. Right out of the gate, without even asking me what my local dealership had offered, Nicholas provided me with a no-nonsense lease quote (the best that Libertyville could offer). The quote was significantly better than what I had received from my local dealership. The dollar savings was large enough to easily justify taking the one hour drive from Milwaukee to Libertyville. The monthly rate that was quoted to me by Libertyville (via email) was exactly (to the penny) what appeared on the lease contract at signing. There were no unexpected fees, no unexpected taxes, or surprises of any kind. After providing a down payment, I was sent written verification of the lease quote, a receipt for my payment, a vin number, and a photo of my new car with a sold sticker in the window! The bottom line is…..Acura of Libertyville operates with the utmost integrity! You should have zero concerns about working with them via email or over the phone, if distance or time prevents you from visiting them in-person. The level of service provided by Nicholas Dang was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable with respect to Acura vehicles as well as with all aspects of the business. His communication style was extremely thorough, open, and honest. He was always patient and polite, despite the fact that I asked lots of questions! To assure timely responses, he even communicated with me outside of his normal working hours. Given that Nicholas is a sales manager at Liberty, it’s fair to assume that his sales staff also provides the same level of exceptional customer experience! I was so impressed with the staff, facilities, and the buying experience at Acura of Libertyville that I can honestly say that they’ve earned a permanent customer, along with a high level of respect.
