We purchased a 2014 MDX from Libertyville Acura last week and were extremely pleased with the experience we had. Typically, it is not a pleasant experience to deal with car salesmen, but that is not the cas and were extremely pleased with the experience we had. Typically, it is not a pleasant experience to deal with car salesmen, but that is not the case at Libertyville Acura. Shane Lyon was our salesman, and he was fantastic. He was professional, courteous (not pushy at all), and candid. He was thorough in going through the features of the car and answered all of our questions. When it came to the price, Shane and his manager gave us a very fair deal without too much haggling. Overall, this is what it should be like to buy a car. This dealership gets a lot of positive reviews, and it is justified. I would highly recommend Shane Lyon and Libertyville Acura if someone is thinking about buying a car. More

James Won was exceptional. Very easy to work with and straightforward. My wife and I had looked at literally DOZENS of vehicles, all very similar in price and condition but few of the dealers we had met straightforward.
