Excellent experience. I tried Acura RDX and MDX. The second time I went with my wife to try them and both of us to decide which one we will buy. I started the talk with Timur Nastaskin. After a week I communicated with Timur for the purchase. He had a day off. I offered to wait until the next day but he was very professional and recommended me if I would like to go there and contact his associate Steven Feygel. I went to the Acura dealer, contacted with Steven and the communication was nothing else but pleasure. We both new that we must be happy with the purchase but the dealer also. The whole process is a mutual interest. We tried both cars and for us the choice was easy. Our time was not wasted with long negotiations. The entire process was quite on level, very pleasurable, no pressure from each site. Definitely his bosses were on the same professional level understanding time is valuable for everyone. The entire purchase was excellent experience. I would recommend highly this dealership and this 2 representatives who make the purchase very pleasant experience. In addition to the car I ordered an ashtray. Usually when you are out of the dealership and sign the papers, anything you ask for before the thinks are moving very, very slow. In my situation here again I was very pleasantly surprised that Steven called me to tell me the ashtray is already there. By writing for this very small detail I would like anyone to make his own conclusions how professional and responsible are these people. Buying a car for me is complex but must work mutually - for the buyer and for the dealership. I did not feel for a moment as been tried to be tricked as from some other dealerships. My compliments to them. The dealership is giving for free car wash until you own the car and some additional thinks to make deference. Nothing but excellent recommendation. I have had before in addition to other cars 3 BMW, all of the as new. The experience has not been that good. I hope and believe these people to keep up with the quality of service as good as until this moment and would recommend to have associates as the Steven and Timur who made my experience very, very painless and pleasurable.
