Took my Acura here for regular maintenance and everything was easy from start to finish! I previously went to Acura in Naperville and not only did Westmont Acura have better pricing, but their service and pr was easy from start to finish! I have been a Customer since 1998 and Cathy has always been excellent, but service deteriorated suddenly in the last 3 years. Cathy told me she no longer works directly with customers (strange because 3 been excellent, but service deteriorated suddenly in the last 3 years. Cathy told me she no longer works directly with customers (strange because 3 other reviews mention her in the last few months) In the last 3 years I have been dumped on new in-experienced techs who caused more problems and I had to return to fix them. Two months back I took my car for an oil change, got over billed and got a burning smell - took 6 weeks to finally get that fixed. Last Monday, I took it to fix a sticking ignition key. Acura no longer makes the part, but they were unwilling to point me to an alternative and told me to go to a locksmith - would not even suggest where to go or what to install. rachel >>As Per Cathy we will not install aftermarket parts or locate parts. I have been left to fend for myself - obviously loyalty does not matter to acura of westmont. So much for paying the higher dealer rates for 22 years. I should have gone to other repair shops - at least I would have had a backup. Now they want me to buy another car from them, but I would rather look at other dealerships . More
