Bait & Switch - VERY DECEPTIVE All the lowest priced cars that I came to see were "just sold" but they still had the highest priced vehicles still available. From the initial "bait and switch" to "delay tactics" and "lost trade in keys' my visit was horrible. I was told on the phone they had the exact car I wanted. Bauti insisted he could find a "better deal" even after I told him I wanted to leave. He refused to give me my car keys and kept disappearing, only to come back with another "offer". When I finally insisted on getting my keys or I was going to file a complaint, Bauti accused me of wasting his entire afternoon. This experience has turned me away from the Acura brand altogether and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
