I asked him the total price of the car and it was crickets and deer in headlights look. Plus he said something about a $1900+ add on. Just what I needed free lifetime oil changes on a Tesla (Yes a Tesla let that sink in) plus I live 50 miles away! I asked 3 times what the total price was and then he TO ed me to a guy that said he had 33 years in the business it was more like 33 minutes. I have bought a little under 100 cars in my life and I asked him the same question now I had been there a while and I just wanted an answer. Then Mr 33 years acted like Ralph Kramden from the HoneyMooners or more recently Joe Biden. I could not get an answer plus who wants to be ripped off for $1900+ on a car with an active warranty. So not even wasting any more time I leave. Then they call me and tell me that they didn't return my license! I turn around on the expressway and go get my license. One week later I bought a Tesla from a reputable dealer that discloses exact prices and no BS fees, NONE. Great 4th of July. Thank God 2 years ago I bought a Stinger GT2 and I did not buy it from these people More

Be AWARE! Bad experience ever. They lied about the real prices that they advertised on the website. I tested drive the car and liked it. When we got to negotiat Bad experience ever. When we got to negotiating the price, they added $1900 maintenance package fees that fall on the client to pay which they dropped some of it. When I was signing the papers to make the payment, found out that there are some fees that they included in the whole price as government fees were not mentioned in the signing papers. Also, When I inspected the car, I found out that the transfer case is leaking. When I was about to make the deal, the salesman Kyle Hendzel lied to me, he said that they will check the leak and they will take care of it which never happened. He lied to me the second time, saying that the repair is included with the warranty that the dealership offers under the $1900 that I paid it anyway but that was not the case; when I brought the car back to fix the transfer case leak, I ended up paying the repair from my packet. I waited more than a month with no call to get the parts to fix the car and I kept calling them just to find out when they will fix it. Finally, got the transfer case leak fixed with the alignment but after a couple of weeks, I saw the tires are worn out from the outside on all 4 tires. Took the car to another dealership and they found the alignment way too off on all 4 tires. if I didn't like the car, I will never deal with this dealership. I wish I can give 0 starts. More

This dealership did not honor their online price We were shocked to find out that the used car internet price is not the actual price. WOW! What a scam and waste of time. It placed the actual sales price way over our planned budget (list price $13,500+taxes vs. actual price $19,900) so we left empty-handed. And don't bother trying to discuss an out-the-door price, that is a concept they can't comprehend there. More

Horrible experience, clear case of bait and switch, will not honor internet price. Talked to a lawyer said that they committed fraud, but it wasn't worth my time to pursue the damages because I would break not honor internet price.
