This is my 5th car from this McGrath dealership so they must be doing something right! This year Daniel Raba worked with me when it came time to turn in the lease on my 2022 Kia Soul. I had an amazing experience at McGrath Kia of Arlington thanks to my sales associate, Aldin. After totaling my last car, I was feeling pretty stressed, but Aldin was incredibly empathetic and understanding thanks to my sales associate, Aldin. After totaling my last car, I was feeling pretty stressed, but Aldin was incredibly empathetic and understanding right from the start. He really listened to my situation and worked with me to get numbers I was genuinely comfortable with, never making me feel pressured. His customer service was outstanding, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything feel smooth and easy. I was only at the dealership for about two hours, which is unbelievable compared to the 5+ hour experiences I’ve had elsewhere. What stood out most was how comfortable he made me feel, it honestly felt like I was talking with a longtime friend. I truly appreciated Aldin and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More
