Initially, the issues I had with my car was a chirping sound that was issues from the rear. To stop this sound, the service team at Kia recommended to get my brakes replaced. They replaced my brakes and ensured me that I would be good to go. Now, approximately 15 months and 22,000 mlies later, the brakes on my same car need to be replaced again. Meanwhile, the chirping noise never went away. What's more is that the other Kia dealership I went to, to get a second opinion, agrees with the brakes needing to be replaced, and was trying to charge me $100 more than the Arlington Kia for the exact same service. What brakes should be replaced after 22,000 miles?!?! Incredibly infuriating encounters. I'll be surprised if I ever buy another Kia, let alone visit another Kia service center. Very disappointing experiences. More

GREAT service! DAVID ERICKSON and EDDY JASIM were EXCEPTIONAL! I just finished my battle with cancer and undergoing 6 months of radiation treatment. I'm sorry for not writing sooner (bought car on March 1st, 2013)but, better late than never. I was hard core, looking for a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for 2 months before I ran across one at Arlington Kia in P 1st, 2013)but, better late than never. I was hard core, looking for a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for 2 months before I ran across one at Arlington Kia in Palatine. I know the car was at a great price online but after talking to Dave C. and his manager they were able to meet the price I needed the car to be to buy it. My family was in a hurry due to we were on our way to wisconsin dells and just stop by to look at it and we ended up buying it that morning, came back a couple days later to pick it up. Your team made my family and I comfortable and welcoming. I am very pleased with your dealership and will look at your inventory first the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. I live on the southside of chicago suburbs and the drive is about an hour away but it was worth it. I had a nail in my tire and went to the Kia dealer and they were going to charge me $35 to plug my tire. I ended up going to the Volkswagon dealer where we bought my wife's car and they plugged it at no c they were going to charge me $35 to plug my tire. Than I had to go back to the Kia dealer for them to take the air out of the tire and replace with the nitrogen that are in my tires. This was a waste of my time and I feel that the dealer could have plugged the tire as a common courtesy to one of there customers. I am satisfied overall with my experience other than the service I received in regard to the tire problem. More

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased in my life, and by far the most enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming and zero pressure.
