I came in to buy a new car and the experience was great. Personnel are very friendly, informative and highly professional. We came to them just for browsing of used cars, but we went from them with a new KIA Sorento. We are so happy, now all our family membe professional. We came to them just for browsing of used cars, but we went from them with a new KIA Sorento. We are so happy, now all our family members and relatives will have enough space for travelling. They showed us all options, all advantages, and made such a good proposal, that we could not reject. Although there were glitches at first, things got worked out to our satisfaction in the end. The general manager, Steve Feld, was very fair and worked with us to iron things out and satisfy us. The person who did the financing, on the other hand, Mike Lemm, was very unthorough (we had to go back to sign papers he failed to give us the first time) and uncooperative in working out our deal. The salesman, Naimish, was also very nice and friendly, even though a bit inexperienced. But I would recommend this dealership based on our dealings with Steve Feld. More

Was treated fairly and got the exact car I wanted. Music in showroom was too loud sometimes. Was promised first oil change would be free but did not receive anything. The lack of spare tire should have hav in showroom was too loud sometimes. Was promised first oil change would be free but did not receive anything. The lack of spare tire should have have been disclosed to me upfront and not at end of sale. A real downer as I drove away. More

We bought the 2012 Sorento with a lot of options that was very fairly priced. All together...we are very satisfied. I had been to Ford, Toyota and then KIA -- Let me tell you that I walked out of Ford and Toyota then customer service was horrible and the salesmen certainly were looking out for any customer "service". you that I walked out of Ford and Toyota then customer service was horrible and the salesmen certainly were looking out for any customer "service". Then I went to Kia, Dave and Mike were fabulous in everyway. I feel they offered me a fair trade in, a fair price, quality customer service and delivered my Sorento perfectly.
