Overall the experience was great, but, the only thing that I was really upset about was whenever I called I would be put on hold for 10 mins or longer, then when I asked the person answering the phones t that I was really upset about was whenever I called I would be put on hold for 10 mins or longer, then when I asked the person answering the phones to give Michael or George a message that we were on our way to sign new paperwork, she said she would. We were traveling from Woodridge which is about 40 mins away. But when we got there, Michael and George never got the message, and I called twice. We waited for over 2 and a half hours to resign paperwork for a new interest rate(which was a great help considering our situation). When Michael called my husband he stated that we received a new interest rate and all we had to do was sign new paperwork for it. We thought it was going to be quick, I still had to pick up my children and I also had our dog with us. Noone ever explained that the finance person was going to try and get us to sign up for other packages or sell us anything. We were not prepared for that. Some more communication will be great between the staff and you would have a stellar office. I really appreciate that they allowed my pug inside the building due to the heat and gave him water. GEORGE YOU WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!!! I cannot appreciate your patience and understanding enough in helping us with this great car. You are extremely knowledgeable about the KIA cars themselves, and not only that, but, as soon as I addressed the issues with the car we bought, they were brought to immediate attention and fixed. If we are still in this state when we go to purchase a new care and you are still at this dealership you will have our buisness. I know that I can be a tough person to deal with and you hung in there. Thank you!!! Your sense of humor was great and there was NO pressure from you, which made it even easier to make our decision. Thank you again!!!! PS. I hope your daughter is doing better and the scar is healing!!! More

I would happily return to this dealership to buy a new vehicle. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed; I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and was treated with utmost curtesy and r vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Dwight Albertson. He's very patient and very respectful of his customers. The quote I was given on my trade-in was fair. I really felt that my business and my old car (which was in mint condition) weren't taken for granted. All in all, this experience was quite a relief from the last couple of dealerships I visited before this one. It was probably also the easiest time I've ever had buying a new car. The location was about an hour away from my home but I'm very glad that I travelled the distance. I love my new car. Thank you so much. More

I went in looking for a car for my daughter and was very satisfied with what I got at this dealership. George was very helpful and took the time to explain everything for me. Was in and out of the dealership in roughly an hour it seemed, very efficient work. The vehicle itself is huge inside, very neat interior, great power and really good fuel economy. I Talked with George on a internet to get the price of New 2011 Kia Sorento LX. He replied with the price little over to $20000 and I agreed to visit the dealer. What I found was that the car he gave me New 2011 Kia Sorento LX. He replied with the price little over to $20000 and I agreed to visit the dealer. What I found was that the car he gave me was a used loaners car. I also mentioned I have trade in but they did not looked at it. The positive side is that I felt welcome at Arlington Kia and did not feel pressured that much. I talked with sales person Dan Wyss who was very helpful and friendly. I would suggest to anyone not to trip to Arlington Kia without confirming new car or used car price. More
