This situation is unfortunate and we all wish it could have been avoided. We appreciate your business with us and we want that relationship to remain a good one of course, just like we do with all of our customers. In this particular case the mechanical issue to your vehicle was caused by damage while it was being driven, either by something that fell off of a semi as you stated or from hitting a pothole which was stated in a separate conversation. If it would have been an issue caused by natural vehicle mechanical failure, the warranty would have repaired and resolved the issue of course. Bumper to bumper warranties on new vehicles will never cover physical damage to a vehicle caused by an accident or collision with another object. Having the unexpected happen is never fun, especially when it costs money to solve the issue so we understand your frustration, we have all been there before. We do appreciate the business and wish that this could have been avoided.

In regards to the 0% offer and no payment option, that is something that has been in our advertisements since April actually. But we fully understand that advertisements are easy to ignore unless they pertain to something that you have interest in! The finance incentives that are available are in lieu of cash back incentives from the manufacturer. So taking the 0% offer would have voided out some or all of the other incentives that you received depending on the model you purchased. In many cases the cash back offers are a greater savings than the 0% offers depending on how much was financed. Either way we would be happy to go over all of that with you and discuss. Hiccups and not work out perfectly!?!? For who? You? What I failed to report was that you did not tell us until we went there that you were not going to fix the car. You had brought in a vehicle you said was comparable to mine from an out of town dealership that you wanted to trade my car for. The vehicle was the same year and make BUT was a cheaper version with 25K more miles! The undercarriage looked like it had not weathered the elements well. Something looked off under the hood and the interior was stained and had broken pieces. I would say this was NOTHING close to the car I had! I would NEVER have bought that car. As far as trying to talk to us.....you guys just kept lying to us and I kept calling you out on the lies! As for resolving the issues....I REFUSED to sign the old cars title until I had a check for the money you over charged on the new cars paperwork. I had called the morning after buying the new car and you had to look into it. A week later no call from you but the other dealership in town called and left a message wanting me to sign the old title. You guys were so busy they were trying to help you out. YOU wouldn't call because you owed money! You had Dave call when I didn't call them back and try to send a driver for me to sign the title. When I said I wouldn't sign until I had a check finance finally called and said they would refund the money. I show up and you had the title ready and wanted me to sign but the check wasn't there yet. I signed about an hour later when I actually had the check. Never in any of the times I've bought new or used vehicles have I dealt with such a crooked dealership!
