Well Alfonso was fine but when I came to pick up my car in the evening he was gone and no one explained what was done. Plus I found a brand new gasket in my car which I did not know what to do with. I thought it would be put in my car. Plus I'm disappointed that Ubers are no longer offered. It looks like I don't get a discount that would've been equivalent to to my Ubers. More

Although it was an expensive day for me I left feeling good about how Honda handled my car and left me with peace of mind. And to think I drove in because my AppleCarPlay wasn’t working. In the last minute Rodriguez was able to solve that problem for me with a proper cord connection - something that two other Honda dealerships couldn’t seem to solve. Thank you! More
