My wife and I visited McGrath City Honda to look at a used car that we had identified online. Soon after we walked in the door we were paired up with a salesman- Marcus Lozano. Marcus wasted no time and used car that we had identified online. Soon after we walked in the door we were paired up with a salesman- Marcus Lozano. Marcus wasted no time and immediately began to make us a priority. He was outstanding in reviewing the car, answering our questions and making sure we had a great first visit experience. Marcus was extremely knowledgable about the process, was not pushy and took the time to listen and provide solutions to our inquiries about the car. He ensured that we were comfortable throughout the process. Marcus even offered us lunch at Popeye's while we waited. Great customer service all around. Marcus introduced us to the general manager and finance reps, neither of them tried to oversell us on anything! It was a breath of fresh air when they supported and worked with us when we picked the final options on the final offer and bill of sale. It was not about their agenda! Friendly, honest and customer focused is the best way to describe Marcus and the entire team. Marcus Lozano's work is rated Five Stars- Job well done! I have been to a number of car dealerships and this is the best McGrath is one of the best car dealerships in Chicago and surrounding surburbs!
