Dealer offered to beat other offers on new Honda by 10%. Once I sent the offer from another dealer, there was radio silence from McGrath. I called several times, and they kept saying they would get back t Once I sent the offer from another dealer, there was radio silence from McGrath. I called several times, and they kept saying they would get back to me. Finally, during my last call to them, they told me that they could not beat the offer that I sent. Firstly, promising to beat an offer by 10% and not doing so is false advertising. Secondly, if they could not beat the offer, they should have said this upfront instead of giving me the run around and wasting my time. This is a terrible way to treat customers and is totally dishonest and how car dealers get bad reputations. Total waste of time dealing with McGrath. More

Alfonso was incredible and helped with my car maintenance from start to finish.
