Very unpleasant experience. The sales person Joel Moreta was incorrect and dishonest about several things. We made an online appointment to see a $22k car and when we got there were told it was sold and the was incorrect and dishonest about several things. Joel tried to charge us 3.9% interest despite a giant sign behind him saying .99% was the Honda rate. He first told us the vehicle came with two keys then back peddled and said a second key would cost $250. He said they could send us they key and have it programmed at a closer dealership and that turned out to be a lie. His co workers had to correct him on several occasions including the finance rate and info about Honda finance Corp for our insurance company. It was a horrible 3 hours and Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this sales person at all. More

I went there with great excitement to buy my new car. Usually, this is a fun activity, and I believed I should enjoy it. But turn out one of the worst experiences. I never see a dealer talk to a customer with a fighting mode. This man doesn’t represent Honda, and he was very rude to me. If you plan to buy a Honda, never go to McGrath’s Honda dealer. I just ask them to give me two days to come back and decide he told me why not now I said I Don’t feel comfortable and I have to ask my wife to make this decision, and he starts being sexist and telling me, are you going to ask your wife to buy your car. He follows with some insults and saying I am not insulting you. More
My mother and I purchased New 2018 Honda Accord EXL from here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that mayb here. We didn't noticed the car had major body panel gaps because it was dark. When we brought the car in the Dealership blamed us at first that maybe we damaged the vehicle at first. But than the regional manager inspected the car and took it in for a fix up. Even though they took it in for 2 or 3 times, till this day it still looks like the car was in a accident. Because of the hustle the regional manager offered us few free accessories. We decided to go with prking sensors, and it took McGrath City Honda Service over a month to install them because they messed up front and rear bumpers drilling the holes for the sensors. They had to order new ones and get them painted where its not manufacture paint nor put together. Been almost 2 years now and the paint started to chip off from front and back. Even though i been advised by a service manager that it has lifetime warranty for the paint, few days ago i been told otherwise. Not only the same Dealership sold me a faulty Vehicle, but the service of the same dealership made it worse. Me and my family will never purchase Honda automobiles ever again as we used to. Their vehicles might have long lasting engines but when it comes to service and body of the vehicles, it went down. And Honda dont want to take responsibility for their mistakes. More
The WORST Service Department! I made an appointment for an oil change and a software update. When I get there I’m greeted and told that he would need to get me an advisor because he works for the express. an oil change and a software update. Then JEREMY SANCHEZ approaches me to tell me that they would NOT be doing the software update because I need to leave the vehicle. I said that I really need this done today and I had made an APPOINTMENT to get this done. He told me to make ANOTHER appointment and that I would need to leave the car the WHOLE day. So I went ahead and made another appointment but after leaving I went to Honda on Grand and they were able to take care of my software update and oil change - No appointment needed. Needless to say that I’m NEVER going back. Oh and my confirmation number in case they want to look it up is X01MF17VRN. More
