First it took 45 mins+ for them to get a CRV ready for a test drive even with a confirmed appointment. I waited outside b/c many of the salespeople weren't wearing masks. Then later in the week once we decided the CRV was too small, I asked to take a Pilot out for the same length test drive (we wanted about an hour so both my husband and I could drive it and check carseat fit, just like we did with the CRV), but the Manager wouldn't approve it. She said they have a policy of one longer test drive per family. I tried to get off the phone so I could just get in touch with another dealer who could work with us, but she kept me on the phone for another 10 mins peppering me with questions and chastising me for taking the CRV for "5 or 6 hours" already (this was really strange because we had the car back in an hour). I got the sense that she was interrogating me to see how serious I was about buying and would maybe make an exception and let me take a longer test drive of the Pilot if they thought I'd buy. I apparently failed that test, which is their loss because I'm now buying a Pilot from another dealer. I thought about emailing her a Pretty Woman meme but that seemed like overkill so I'm just writing this review instead to save someone else the trouble. Ready to buy and they have the best price? It'll probably be fine, if you don't mind a lot of salespeople on the floor who don't wear masks. But for sure go somewhere else for a test drive. More

I was an out state buyer and they had a vehicle I was really looking for in a broad area (~200 mile radius), and they had the vehicle in best c here. Was worth the drive out there. No pushiness, treated respectfully and had pleasant interactions, negotiation was firm but fair, and in the end they considered my budget needs to close the deal. The titling and registration was taking longer than usual due to Covid delays, but they helped me resolve the issue and stayed engaged even a month after my purchase. Big shout out to Dave Kazarian for his excellent customer service and attention to detail when addressing customer needs. More
