Great car buying experience. Jose H. took our order from the internet and never turned us over to another salesperson. He handled the transaction from beginning to end. They gave us an incredible deal and we were very pleased with the purchase. The only real issue is they were so busy Jose had three customers on top of us so he was darting back and forth. That is a problem you want to have for sure. Finally, Jeremy the GM and Frank the finance guy were polite, respectful, not pushy and really good to work with and I truly appreciate their teamwork with Jose. This is a five star rated experience for sure!!! More

I had a wonderful experience at McGrath City Honda!! I went in for an oil change for our Odessey and just wanted to look for a new second car. The service was excellent! I ended up with a new Honda Acco went in for an oil change for our Odessey and just wanted to look for a new second car. The service was excellent! I ended up with a new Honda Accord and traded in our Odessey for a new 2012 Odessey. I cannot believe that I was able to do that!! Thanks to Patricia, Alex and especially the sales manager Andrew Harris. He made me feel comfortable with the deal and was so patient with all my questions. This is our fourth Honda in about 6 years! I really appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness. Unfortunately, I wanted a red CRV, and they did not have any in stock. Dariusz kept in contact with me to inform me how the search for the red CVR was progressing. He recommended that if time was not pressing, that I could wait for the vehicle that was being delivered from the factory. I drove it home today, and couldn't be happier. He spent about 40 minutes with me putting on my new license plates and going over the functions on the dashboard. It was very helpful. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. This is the second car that I've bought at this dealership (2005 Accord was my previous purchase), and I will come again in the future, as well as recommend my family and friends. More
