Alphonso was great to work with. Honda was vague about problem with complete transmission failure. Reset codes after 28 days and said they’ll replace transmission if they come up again. I had scheduled a test drive, arrive and waited at front desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted me, and then took me to the sales room. Here I waited nearly 45 minutes with the salesman for the car (tha desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted me, and then took me to the sales room. Here I waited nearly 45 minutes with the salesman for the car (that I had an appointment to test drive) to be pulled from their overflow parking lot. I did decide to purchase the car, but was not expecting to wait 5-10 minutes between each offer/counter offer, then another 30 minutes for the finance department to be able to see me, so I could finalize the purchase. I'm happy with the car, but given the option I would not use this dealership again. More
