My wife and I came in on a Saturday to look at a vehicle Starting from the salesman Dave Kazarian to the manager John Serritella they were both great. My wife and I came in on a Saturday to look at a vehicle we liked. They let us test drive it and we fell in love with it. I told John we would be in the following Saturday to buy the vehicle. I forgot I told him Saturday and my wife and I came in on Friday night instead. John was surprised we came in a day earlier but he had our vehicle and paperwork ready for us in less than an hour. John and Dave are so personable that we could have stayed for hours talking. John went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy with the price, the interest rate and extended warranty. He handled everything in a professional manner!
