From the moment Marcus greeted me like I was a family member to when he said goodbye I felt like he truly cared about the experience he was providing and like he had only my best interests in mind. I've purchased many cars in the past and usually felt as if the salesperson was trying to answer as few questions as possible to just get a sale and get me out but Marcus answered every question I had, patiently and professionally. I definitely recommend that anyone who has the option to get helped by Marcus, take the opportunity because you won't be disappointed. When I scheduled the appointment with Marcus he talked a really good game about helping me but, not only did he talk the talk but he also walked the walk. Everything he told me he backed up 100%. The place is nice and clean with friendly people. Marcus really is a true Godsend and he's very hilarious! I never thought I would be able to get a car with no money down, but Marcus made my dream come true and I no longer have to ride around in my piece of crap I previously had.
