We are previous Hyundai owners and it would have been easier for us to go to Lincolnwood dealership, however we were not pleased with the knowledge of the sales associates and the Manager told us there were no Limited Tuscon's within 500 miles. In addition we wanted two quotes the the Lincolnwood dealership would only give us one quote, McGrath on the other hand was so professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and request. We would definitely refer this dealership to our friends and family . Thank you Robert we love our new car! More

Excellent Dealer Experience My first visit to McGrath, I walked away with no car and no promise of a car. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Joel saying he had good news f My first visit to McGrath, I walked away with no car and no promise of a car. A couple of weeks later I got a call from Joel saying he had good news for me. I came in and this time drove out with a new 2017 Tucson. Joel was extremely professional and polite. BEWARE *** HORRIBLE SERVICE****** Let me start by saying that I got an amazing deal due to my negotiation abilities. That being said it was not easy but I got the price I wanted. Now to focus on customer care, follow up, BLUE LINK setup, and Sales Manager trying to BLACK MAIL me to fill a 5 star rating for the service provided. So after all docs were signed there customer service was horrible, I called multiple times for assistance with finalizing finance of the vehicle, as well as requesting assistance in setting up BLUE LINK. All calls and messages were ignored, except for Lori who promised to call me back the next day by 10 am and never did. I had to call her back 2 days later for follow up. Luis and Angelo also promised they would call me back and no follow up to my questions and request for clarification on certain items. And every time I called BLUE LINK for assistance on setting up the service on the vehicle I am on hold forever. I currently have been on hold for over 33 minutes and counting. I've called more then a dozen times and nothing. I will never, ever, ever, purchase a vehicle from Hyundai dealership as long as I live. And when my 2017 Santa Fe lease is up in 2 years we will be shopping else where for our next SUV upgrade. More
