Wonderful experience I recently bought my Hyundai Sonata from McGrath and I really loved my experience. Marcus Lozano is hands down a great guy and a perfect sales rep who I recently bought my Hyundai Sonata from McGrath and I really loved my experience. Marcus Lozano is hands down a great guy and a perfect sales rep who knows how to deal with his customers. I never intended to buy from McGrath it was just too far away from where I lived and I already had spoken to a couple of Dealers and already knew that the price quotes I had were as low as they could get. Somehow I didn't like the earlier dealer and the reason was the constant pressure tactics and coercion techniques he was using to get me into a deal which kinda turned me off and I just didn't feel I could trust him and right almost at the point of making the deal I backed off and this pissed him off and I could see the look in his face and needless to say it pissed me even more. So i went home and just to verify a few things I called McGrath and happened to speak with Marcus. From that moment onwards this guy stayed with me and I was changing my mind everyday but he was so patient. In the end they did beat the offer but that was not the reason which made me strike the deal. The reason was Marcus Lozano and his perseverance, great attitude and complete ease I felt myself at while haggling with them. I was definitely not an easy customer but they made it look like a breeze while every other dealership at some level got rattled up a bit by my stubborn attitude but Marcus as well as his Manager I forgot his name were so cool. Ultimately I choose them not because of the great deal they offered me which they in fact did but because of the great experience I had right from taking the test drive to driving off with my new ride. I would definitely recommend McGrath City Hyundai any day and especially Marcus Lozano because he was the reason why I got my car from McGrath at first place. More

Horrible customer service Brought my car in for a scheduled service. I was told it would take 2.5 hours. Well now Id's going to take another 2. So it's going to take 5 hours to Brought my car in for a scheduled service. I was told it would take 2.5 hours. Well now Id's going to take another 2. So it's going to take 5 hours to work on my car. There was no communication with them. They should have given me a loaner car, right off the bat. If you ask them a question it takes them an hour to get back to you with an answer. Never bring you 2 year old with you because you never know how long you will be there. More

Easy - No Pressure Sales I was in the market for a used car but wouldn't be making the purchase for a couple weeks. I happened to walk by one day and a car on the lot caught I was in the market for a used car but wouldn't be making the purchase for a couple weeks. I happened to walk by one day and a car on the lot caught my attention. I stopped to look and Nasir M., came over to see if he could help. Since I wasn't ready to purchase at that time, Nasir asked for my number and told me he would only call/text me if a great deal came along that he felt I needed to know about. True to his word, he did not bombard me with calls or texts. I went back a couple weeks later and bought a car. Nasir was friendly, professional and patient. We tried several different cars until I found the one that felt comfortable and was at a price I could afford. The financing process was simple and quick. Having the ability to apply for credit on the McGrath website before I went into the dealership helped a lot to speed up the process. This is the second car I have bought from McGrath in 8 months and they are my go to dealership from now on. I have also recommended them to several friends that are in the market for a car. If you want fast, friendly and easy, McGrath is the place to go. More
