Exceeds customer satisfaction Happy 😍 Friday ! On May 29th 2017, I was out shopping around to purchase/lease a car, I went to a couple of places & I was not really happy Happy 😍 Friday ! On May 29th 2017, I was out shopping around to purchase/lease a car, I went to a couple of places & I was not really happy with the results. I decided to go home, & just give it up for the day. Then, as we were driving I thought, Hyundai is not far from home let's try one more place . Well, I'm very happy & pleased with my decision, because not only did I meet some really nice people, but Marcus Lozano the person I dealt with, was amazing & incredibly nice, very helpful, & he really did a good job explaining details of the vehicles to me, but mainly his demeanor was the deciding factor for me to get the car 🚗 I know it's a business, but the main thing was Mr. Lozano's attitude & his ways of dealing with me were very friendly, and yet his professionalism was awesome. From 1-10 I have to say my entire experience with him was definitely a 10. I will definitely keep your dealer & Marcus in mind for future reference to others. Have a blessed day. 😇 More
