Marcus Lozano was very helpful with the test drive, any questions I had, to dealing with the price of the car. Marcus was knowledgeable about the specs and the current warranty of the car. Marcus was very altruistic, he didn't try to push a sale at me. He asked me some questions, like what kind of job do I have, how far I drive, etc. making sure that the car I was looking at was right for me.
