Joel's demeanor was, at all times, friendly, polite, and professional. The test drive with him was by far the most informative (without being intrusive) test drive I've ever been on and his walk-through after the fact was extremely thorough. Little things, like pulling the vehicle out of the extremely difficult (if you don't drive regularly) parking space in the inventory lot matters (Joel did just that). When I was occupied finalizing insurance details and working with David Glas on financing (also a wonderful employee) he was thoughtful enough to take my wife to the car, get her phone set up, and keep her otherwise occupied. Even though we arrived at the dealership fairly late that day Joel, David, and the other staff didn't try to hurry us or rush the process. The first thing I did, once I took delivery of the car, was meet up with friends to show them my car and recommend that they go to McGrath. More
