The person who showed us cars was Troy Bell, when we were telling him about what our conversation with Lisa over the phone, he said that he can't control what was said over the phone but he can only show us what was available, WHAT THE HECK!!! DON'T YOU GUYS COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT WHAT CARS ARE AVAILABLE??? THEN!!!! Another quote that we got, which has a lot in stock, the price was not honored, because why? the price they sent you includes all incentives, ARE YOU STUPID?? how can one person be a military, and recent grad. student, and driving uber at the SAME TIME??? and you said well, all dealerships do that. NO!!! NO!!!! we have so many quotes from other dealerships and they do not do that, and we've been to these dealerships!! I am not sure what's with the 4.5 Reviews here, and I am not sure why we were having such a different experience from other people. you didn't hire people to write 5 stars review for you, right? LOL SHAME ON YOU!!! BTW, THIS people is the same group of people with McGrath City HONDA, they are the SAME dealership, check out their 2 star reviews @yelp LOL More
