The visit was for an oil change only. It took 30 minutes before I was met by an advisor to check me in for the service. After approximately 1 1/2 hours I was able to leave. However, I was not provided wit before I was met by an advisor to check me in for the service. After approximately 1 1/2 hours I was able to leave. However, I was not provided with written information detailing the results of the (multi-point) inspection, even after the advisor told me that services was needed for my vehicle. I noticed that the service at this dealership has been lacking during my last few visits. It is time for me to move on to another Hyundai dealer for my service needs. More

Nice people (under staff) but the service wait takes forever. Plus I did not receive an evaluation report like I do at other dealers.
