Went in to have an oil leak addressed (they performed my last oil change so I went back). The Yauncey Cora greeted me shortly after I arrived and was very personable. Even though I did not have an appointment, he was able to fit me in but warned me of a possible 2 hour wait. He kept me in the loop when the car was next in line and what the cause of the leak was. After the car was washed, I headed out. After driving the car to work and back, there was a strong smell of burnt oil. Checked the dipstick and the tech overfilled the oil by a considerable amount. Called up the service department and was advised to come in and speak with Eddie Vellega. Eddie got my car in and out quickly and apologized for the overfilled oil. Drove home and out of curiosity, popped the hood to find the dipstick installed backward (which does not allow it to fully seat in the tube), and the oil was STILL overfilled! It's a shame as this place is super close to where I live and the service writers and management are great, but I don't see myself going back for fear this same tech touches my car. I'll deal with getting the excess oil out somewhere else. More
