Service Consultant, Rufus Pearson is the straw that stirs the concoction as it is being served. He goes a long way to make me feel welcome and treats me as if I am a part of his own family. It never seems to matter whether my service call is big or small. He treats me in the same manner every time I am there. In a world where good customer service seems to be in decline, McGrath City Hyundai is on the other end of the spectrum. Rufus is the main reason why. He is, for me, one of its great ambassadors. I agreed to be at the dealership at 9:00 a.m the following morning. I really thought it was just a sales pitch. I went in, test drove the car and really liked it, the car was everything he said it was. We sat down to discussit and as we talked and worked out the deal I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. He certified it and added in other extras for me before I left with my new car.
