BUYER BEWARE! DEMAND HARD COPIES OF YOUR PAPERWORK SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY HAVING YOU SIGN! It took almost four hours to buy the car I already k DEMAND HARD COPIES OF YOUR PAPERWORK SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY HAVING YOU SIGN! It took almost four hours to buy the car I already knew I wanted. They do this to wear down buyers into purchasing their additional warranty & maintenance plans. They use a tablet so customers can’t see everything they are signing for. Once you initial & sign, they scroll through the paperwork on the tablet pointing to where the customer should touch to sign. They gave me a thumb drive, stating my paperwork was on it, but THE BILL OF SALE WAS NOT INCLUDED! They never told me they were selling me three separate policies, & they never pointed it out on the tablet. They give you a thumb drive instead of printed paperwork, so you can’t see the contract until you leave. I am going to attempt to cancel the two “maintenance” services that cost over $2k, but the sales manager told me they need to get paid before they send the contracts to the warranty company. UPDATE: After speaking with the sales manager a second time, he said he would see if he could redo the contract without the warranties via Docusign. He was to call me back in 10 minutes. It's over 18 hours later & still no return call. The warranty company told me to bother the dealership until they send the contracts to them, because I only have 30 days to cancel. I have concerns that they are going to drag it out so I can’t get my money back & then I’ll have to involve my attorney. More
