I had taken my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for an engine stalling issue on June 14, 2022. I planned on using the extended warranty I bought to cover the cost of the repairs as I had just bought the car in D stalling issue on June 14, 2022. I planned on using the extended warranty I bought to cover the cost of the repairs as I had just bought the car in December of 2021. I was told warranties take a bit of extra time because of the approval process and was given a week to 2 weeks estimate to hear back from them about warranty approval. After a week and a half I was told that I needed my CVVT system replaced and a few other maintenance repairs. I had to tell them again that I was using my warranty to cover the repairs. My warranty company wasn’t contacted for an entire month after giving them my car, which I use for work and no loaner was provided. When they finally were contacted it took another month to have my claim approved and upon calling my warranty company was told McGrath and my service tech had been very unresponsive during the inspection process. After 2 months of not having my car for work, I finally get it back and it is having the exact same issue. My case was treated with no care or urgency and has put me even deeper into financial struggles. I couldn’t imagine recommending this place to anyone I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. I’ve tried to contact my service tech but they have been unresponsive, as they have been through this entire process. More

if I could I would give this place a 0 star this is the worst dealership and car company I have ever seen I was sold a lemon my car is only two and half years old and needs the engine replaced, the communi worst dealership and car company I have ever seen I was sold a lemon my car is only two and half years old and needs the engine replaced, the communication from them is horrible can never get ahold of anyone I've called them every day since July 22, 2022, to find out about my vehicle just to be lies to, now I will have to get a lawyer because they seem to think people have time to play with them what is a person supposed to do for 3-6 months without a car and have a small child that needs to get to school and I have to work its crazy how they say they offer loaners but yet never have them available something needs to be done about this place and company the fact that I've called every day just to be transferred 12 or more time and never get a person I've asked to speak to the manager still nothing I need answers now. More

What a mess. Took two weeks to get appointment. Then My car was there for eleven days. Poor communication. Hard to get any updates on the car. I went there person Took two weeks to get appointment. My service advisor said best way to reach him was by text but very slow to respond (if at all). He was nice, but clearly over worked. The service department is poorly managed circus. If I had not gone in-person for updates, I know I would not have gotten the straight story on the diagnostics and work needed (or not needed) on my car. Be warned on what to expect. More

Dealship has changed drastically in service dept. Still good but really would have liked to get a clean car back . Engine died, they refused to replace under warranty since I could not provide maintenance records from 2017 & 2018. Engine failure is a known issue as there was a class action lawsuit. After 3 months I had to get my lawyer involved and engage arbitration. Finally after 5 months they approved the engine replacement, but then took them 9 weeks to complete the replacement. They had my vehicle for 172 days, over a year and a half!!! When I picked up my truck it was so dirty, not even a courtesy wash. The upsetting part is that two months into having no car, I spoke to 3 salesmen and asked for a trade in value so I can upgrade my truck. None ever called me back. Then in April I spoke to a manager Leif Foss who promised to call me back. After a couple email exchanges he stopped responding. I emailed him 5 times and a couple of voicemails and nothing from him. I really need to upgrade my truck as our family grew, but lost all confidence in Hyundai especially this dealership. More
