Outstanding service Went here to get my car serviced, after being told at another Mazda dealer (Evanston) that everything with my car was okay. I initially went there because my vehicle was making noises. That Mazda service center in Evanston drove my car and told me everything was okay. A few weeks later my service light came on the dash -- I then decided to go to this Mazda location instead. I gave them a call, and they told me to bring it in as soon as I could. Once I got there, they knew who I was (the person that called). So they gave me an oil change and said they would check out the service light. They gave me a call a few hours later and said my car wasn't ready, but they would give me a rental, as they were still checking out the service light issue. I was then informed that the transmission was "chewed" and they ordered the parts needed and replaced it. In total, I had the rental for about 3 days while they worked on my car. When it was finally done, they called me and said my car was ready for pickup, with a NEW transmission with a service warranty of 1 1/2 years. The whole process with them was smooth, professional, and much appreciated - from the initial phone call until I went in for the pickup. The rental transaction was smooth, they took a deposit, and gave it back to me as soon as I returned the vehicle. Maybe just unlucky but I went to this dealer based on the good reviews here and we purchased a vehicle here in February. We noticed that the tires were making an odd noise o I went to this dealer based on the good reviews here and we purchased a vehicle here in February. We noticed that the tires were making an odd noise on our way home. We stopped in to have the noise checked out and the tires were in very bad condition so they decided to give us new tires which would have been exceptional customer service. Except it is now April and when we call to check on the tires we do not get a firm answer. We are told that they will check and call back. Then they take our information down and tell us we will get a call back but we don't. We spoke to Juan last Thursday and Friday. I was told I would receive a call by Monday at the very latest because they were trying to figure out where the tires were. I didn't receive a call today so I called and once again they took down my name and number and said that they would give me a call back. Prior to this I also called to make sure the financial account for the trade-in was paid, and the same thing happened. I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different people who all took down my name and didn't call me back. More

Marius showed us used vehicles and even allowed us to test drive. He wasn't pushy about getting the car right away. After checking our rates and our credit history he pointed out that we could actually get a new car with the same amount we're paying with our 2006 Xion car. After much discussion and budgeting with my husband we decided the price was not fit for our current budget. Again, Marius was not pushy about needing to get the car. I don't know how they did it but we got a call from them saying they could give us a deal that was too hard to decline. We walked out signing a contract. We're very happy with our 2 brand new cars-- a 2017 cx3 and 2016 cx5. Thank you Marius and the gentleman from financing who gave us a good deal. Will be recommending to friends and colleagues! More
