Better late than never. I suffered a blown tire about 6 weeks ago. I brought the useless tire in to Toyota of Elmhurst service department & showed them the tire & asked if they would be able to replace it weeks ago. I brought the useless tire in to Toyota of Elmhurst service department & showed them the tire & asked if they would be able to replace it during my stop. I agreed to wait & almost 1 hour later a service agent came to tell me that I had a blown tire & would I like it fixed. Somewhat stunned as I mentioned to agent that the reason I came in was because of ruined tire & he wasn't telling me after 1 hour anything new. So I waited about another 30-45 minutes & then went back to service area & saw an old familiar face & smile--Faustino!! Not finding my service agent I waited for Faustino to finish with a customer & then related my experience. Faustino liteally sprung into action, located my service agent, rectified problem, had car washed & ready in 10 minutes. We have been customers of Elmhurst Toyota for 23 years & have enjoyed 99.9% satisfaction during that period. Faustino turned a very rare growing unpleasant experience into a customer leaving satisfied & with a smile. Faustino is keenly aware of his customer service responsibilities. KP was our sales contact for a new car/Prius my wife was looking to purchase. He went out of his way to bring in a new Prius C for my wife to test drive. From the first phone call that we made to inquire about purchasing a new Sienna to the moment that we drove off the lot, the service at Elmhurst Toyota was exceptional. Khoa Pham, our sales associate, was so attentive to all of our needs. He returned our phone calls at lightning speed. He was very knowledgable, and when he wasn't 100 % sure about something, he confirmed the answer right away with another associate. He was so easy to work with-making sure that we were always comfortable with each step of the process. His friendliness is contagious! Khoa Pham has continued to be of great service to us, checking in with us by phone and by email to see if there is anything we need. My salesman Khoa Pham (KP) was very knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, had a great pesonality and a hustler when it came to getting back to us with his finds for the Venza we wanted. He gave us the best price on the Venza which definitely made up our minds, and there was no haggling. This alone was a pleasure. He thoroughly explained and demonstated all the features on the Venza, and it was very helpful for us. We will definitely use KP for our next Toyota purchase and recommend him to all of our friends. When it came to purchasing the vehicle we worked with Mike Hackett, Business Manager. Mike knew his stuff, and we were completely finished within 20 minutes. We have never had a deal run so smoothly and efficiently in any car purchase we have ever made. Once he agreed on the price (which was literally exactly how much I wanted to pay) the deal followed through like a simple formality. Justyna offered me a comprehensive test drive and helped me customize the car with the accessories I selected and followed up the deal with the service department.
