We are simply delighted with our car buying experience at Elmhurst Toyota. Our search for a new Toyota Highlander began over 3 months ago. My husband and I were weighing new and certified used options, and did a copious amount of research to better understand the car buying experience. My husband is a lawyer and tough negotiator, which I knew would make the car buying experience 'interesting', to say the least. We connected with Igor Zigic at Elmhurst Toyota, and his friendly, straightforward sales approach made us feel comfortable and at ease with the negotiation and purchase process. We left our local Toyota dealerships in the downtown and Northside areas feeling defeated and a bit perturbed by the sales approach. Igor consistently met and exceeded our expectations by providing us with honest and straightforward feedback regarding the Highlander purchase process and pricing. He worked with us each month, as we awaited new incentives and weighed different vehicle options. Igor was patient, consistent, and again, the most straightforward and honest sales person, encouraging us to gather other quotes and never pushing us to 'commit' when we were not ready. He ALWAYS beat every other quote we could find out there (and we gathered quite a few!) Ultimately, we ended up purchasing a beautiful 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited from him, off the showroom floor, with a Navigation and DVD Entertainment package. We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase, in terms of both the vehicle, the sales and purchase experience, and-- most importantly -- the price we negotiated with Igor. He even called us the following day and spent over an hour on the phone with me, helping me connect my Bluetooth audio functionality to the Highlander (this allows me to stream Pandora radio while driving!). When I was experiencing trouble (due to my iPhone requiring a simple update), Igor even offered to drive into the city on a Friday and stop by our house to assist in this simple audio sync. Needless to say, I was able, with his patience and 'let's make it work' attitude, to get the audio synced properly. To offer to go that extra mile for his customers though-- that says everything about Igor. We are Elmhurst Toyota, and Igor-devoted, customers forever, and will continue to bring them our business, even though we live 20+ miles away in downtown Chicago! More

Quickly responds to emails and phone calls regarding the ordering and shipment of parts to out of state addresses. I called Elmhurst Toyota for help with buying a new Corolla. They transferred me right away to Rob who was incredibly helpful. Andy was very helpful when we bought our new car. The price was good. Across the board, everyone we came in contact with was very polite and considerate. I came in for my first new car and I needed it quickly because my old one had recently been totaled. I had a price in mind being a recent college graduate which I could not stray too far from.
