In 25 years of buying cars this was by far my best experience. I was shopping for a used Corolla for my daughter and met Rob Smithburg at the dealership. Rob goes above and beyond the call of duty. I ran into him at the grocery store, he not only remembered me and my car, he offerred to make a service appointment for me when he returned to the store when I him at the grocery store, he not only remembered me and my car, he offerred to make a service appointment for me when he returned to the store when I mentioned that it had already been 6 months and I needed to get in for the 6 month service call. Then because of a storm forecasted, the service department became very busy just when I was going to leave for the appoinment he made for me. He told me that while they still would service my car, it was likely I would have to wait about an hour because of all the drive-ins. This enabled me to make the decision to make another appointment when service would be less busy. It was a huge convenience all the way around. Im blown away with the thoughtfulness Rob did both in making the appointment, reminding me and then alerting me to a potential big wait. YAY!!! Rob Smithburg is great and so is Elmhurst Toyota. More

This dealer has a great service department. They take care of you as soon as you pull in. They are polite and helpful - explain everything before the work is done. The waiting area is also very nice.
