At the purchase, Eddie and the financial staff handled us like royalty. The car was nicely detailed. Tommy Mulak, in my opinion, is really good in the service department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things do department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things done first (when I can't do them all at once.) He follows up by making appointments to fix the other things in a timely way, based on my budget. He is extremely courteous and pleasant and he always looks like he really enjoys his work. He is the main reason I come back to Elmhurst Toyota for my repairs and service...I know that Tommy keeps an eye on his team and that they work really well together...nice to see this! Great experience overall. Eddie was our sales consultant and helped us to get the lowest possible price on a new 2011 Toyota Camry LE while trading in our 1997 Camry.
