I am new to this dealership, I usually shop around my house but due to the economy the dealership is now closed. I guess I could be a salesman nightmare. I was not sure what exactly I wanted, I asked alot of questions and I needed to see several cars with that said, my salesman handled all of this with great ease. Igor Zigic was amazing and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and just his overall personable attitude. At no time did he make me feel like I was being a burden. I didn't feel like he was putting on an act for my business. I can't say enough about his handling of me and my sometimes clueless behavior. The Finance Department was awesome as well. I've never liked the financial process, but the guys were great. I will make sure if I come in contact with anyone looking for a used or new car I will send them over to Elmhurst Toyota and tell them to ask for Igor. Charisse More

Mike Stefanik at Elmhurst Toyota was great. He was very busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer. I was given a courtesy call on the day I was supposed to pick up my c busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer. If you are in the preliminary stages of making a purchase Rob has been great at getting us brochures with no pressure to make a decision "on the spot".
